It makes it close to impossible to get the programs out on time and taxes our volunteers to work unnecessary hours to try and accommodate this. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ENTRIES before the closing dates as well. The are immediately visible on the CHECK ENTRIES.
The Para-Equestrian discipline is hosting an open day on Saturday 1st May 2010 at Shumbashaba in conjuction with the Lions.
Come and learn more about the sport and how to participate. For further information contact Cathy Lloyd 083 335 7324 or Sharon Boyce 084 500 0672. If you want to compete then watch the Shumbashaba website for the entry form, as all skills levels will be catered for.

REGISTRATION PROCESSES
SCHOOL REGISTRATION:
STEP 1: Please make sure your school is not already registered before you register the school.
STEP 2: If the school is NOT listed, you need to register. Please make sure you register your school in the correct province/region.
RIDER REGISTRATION:
STEP 1: In the top white block on the page, type your school name. Your school will show with a REGISTER option. Click on this option and follow the process.
The horse passport number: If your horse/pony has a passport, please fill it in. If your horse/pony does NOT have an passport, don't panic! We will create an unique ID for your horse. Endurance horses may enter their UV number.
PLEASE make sure of SPELLING and the CORRECT ID NUMBER
ENTERING THE SHOW
STEP 1: Go to DATES & SCHEDULES. Click on your province/region to VIEW the schedule. Please take note of the CLOSING DATE as mentioned on that same page.
STEP 2: Once you have decided which classes to enter, click on the ENTER option on the very same page. This will take you to the ENTRY FORM that you will now complete online.
STEP 3: Once you've done the entry by selecting the levels and classes for each horse, PLEASE SUBMIT your entry so you can be allocated your UNIQUE PAYMENT REF ID. This number MUST be used on ALL banking.
STEP 4: Print and sign the form and FAX it with proof of payment to the FAX NO and/or email as indicated ON THE ENTRY FORM.
STEP 5: If you need to edit your entry, you will be able to do so till closing date by CHECK ENTRIES -- VIEW --- click on the option CHANGE at the top of your entry form and then change (delete and enter the correct class) or add (just enter the additional class).
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The system will allow NO ENTRIES once the closing date is reached. Please make sure you enter well in advance!!
Please take note: Banking details for the various shows are reflected on the schedules.
NEW SYSTEM PROGRAM
In updating and streamlining the system, some gremlins tend to slip past us. Thank you for being patient with us and for the positive input/suggestions and feedback. If you experience anything funny, like you've registered your child, want to enter and now you can't, PLEASE don't panic. Just email me (info@sanefschools.org.za) the NAME of the rider, ID no. and the school and we will re-link you so you can enter.
We have tried our utmost best to eliminate all possible gremlins, but we are all only human ....... and I'm convinced computers temperamental!
